Information you give us
When you send a service request, we collect the information you enter: your name, phone number, ZIP code, the type of damage, and any details you add. The request is delivered to us by email. When you call or email us, we receive your phone number or email address and whatever you tell us.
We use this information only to respond to you, schedule and perform work, and keep business records.

- Analytics. We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site, for example which pages are visited and whether someone tapped the call button or sent a form. Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technologies. You can learn more at https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites and opt out with Google's browser add-on.
- Hosting. The site is hosted by Cloudflare, which processes technical information such as IP addresses to deliver and protect the site, and which delivers service requests to us by email. Cloudflare may set cookies needed for security.
- Cookies. Apart from the analytics and security cookies described above, the site itself does not set cookies or store information in your browser.

We keep service requests and job records as long as needed for the work, our records and legal obligations. We use reasonable measures to protect them.
