SCARF Restoration is a local, owner-operated restoration company based in Spring Hill, Florida. We answer the phone 24/7.
Owner-operated, not a call center
SCARF Restoration is owned and run by Craig Corbett. Craig started professionally in carpet cleaning in 2004 and gradually expanded into restoration work as he gained experience with water losses and structural drying.
That work eventually became Steam Clean and Restore Florida LLC, and SCARF Restoration is the restoration-focused side of the company.
When you call, you deal with someone who understands the work, not a large call center or a national franchise. Craig has more than 20 years of personal industry experience and is IICRC WRT and AMRT certified.
Water or fire damage? We answer 24/7.

Owner Craig Corbett's certifications
- IICRC WRT: Water Damage Restoration Technician
- IICRC AMRT: Applied Microbial Remediation Technician
Both certifications are held by Craig individually. The IICRC (Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification) sets standards for the cleaning and restoration industry and certifies technicians who complete its training and exams.
How we work
- We answer and show up. Water and fire damage do not wait for business hours, and neither do we.
- We protect your home. We use floor protection when needed and take care around your furniture and belongings.
- We measure, not guess. We document moisture readings throughout drying and take job photos, so you can see what was wet, what we did and how drying progressed toward the project's drying goals.
- We keep you updated. You hear from us as the job progresses, not only when it is finished.
- We are clear about what we do. We clean, dry and restore. Plumbing, roofing, electrical and HVAC repairs are handled by the appropriate licensed trade. Repair and reconstruction work that requires a contractor license is performed by an appropriately licensed contractor of your choosing. Mold assessment and testing are performed by an independent licensed mold assessor, separate from our work. We explain which licensed trade or professional is needed, and we coordinate timing with whoever you choose.
